The very first Student-Athlete Spotlight for the fall 2017 semester is Junior cornerback Chase Fanelle from University of Wisconsin–Stout’s football team. Fanelle is from Kenosha, Wisonsin, and studying engineering technology.
1.Why did you choose Stout?
I chose Stout because of its great job placement rates, and on my recruiting visit I really enjoyed the campus and people here.
- Outside of school and athletics, what are some other things you like to do?
Outside of school and athletics I like to spend time with my friends and family.
- What are a few interesting facts about yourself?
Some interesting facts about me are that I graduated from one of the biggest high schools in Wisconsin (Indian Trail High School) in Kenosha. My favorite food is pizza. My biggest fear is heights.
4.Who is your favorite pro-athlete and why?
My favorite pro-athlete is Dak Prescott because I love his story and the way he leads his team. 5.What is your plan after college?
My plan after college here at Stout is to either pursue a career within the engineering field, or go to graduate school.
