Stoutonia held a Bake Sale on April 16th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We sold cupcakes, snack mix, and brownies. The cupcakes were a huge hit, and we were able to sell all of them. However, we still had leftovers of the other two items.
The baking process took place the day prior to the bake sale. Everything went well! Although, when we started making the brownies, I realized I did not have a brownie pan. To remedy this, we put the brownie mix in one of the cupcake pans, which is what caused the brownies to be circular.
Do you want to know a secret? Sprite can be used to replace oil and eggs in baking. Did Stoutonia do that? Who’s to say. That is for you to have an opinion on.
We managed to break even with our sales, but did not make much of a profit. The main focus of this event was for our team to use the bake sale as a time to promote our organization.
