What foods or drinks help you gear up and stay energized for games?

Before games, I usually don’t like to eat a lot. I always have some type of energy drink. Either a Bubbler or Bang/Reign and for food I like to eat at least an hour before warmups. I tend to have some type of protein bar or a source of protein like oats, tuna or chicken.
